Introduction: As the lead agency, Pico was entrusted with the comprehensive Scope of Work, including design, construction, operation, show performance, project management, and logistics, Techsauce Global Summit 2025, held from August 4-6, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), this event marked a pivotal moment for Southeast Asia’s technology landscape. Under the visionary theme "The Dawn of Symbiosis," the event explored the harmonious coexistence of humanity and technology, with a particular emphasis on the transformative power of AI.
Insight: To bridge the gap between complex technology and human connection, Pico transformed the traditional trade show format into a "Symbiotic Experience" where technology acts as a partner rather than just a tool. Recognizing that 2025 audiences prioritize active participation, we implemented an interactive gaming strategy to turn technical concepts into hands-on engagement, while utilizing a stage theme as a psychological navigation tool to help attendees intuitively find the sectors most relevant to them and extended to the physical layout. Real-time demographic tracking enabled dynamic crowd management and logistics, guaranteeing a seamless, world-class event experience for all participants.
Solutions: We translated the "Dawn of Symbiosis" theme into a physical reality through a vibrant, creative, and immersive design framework anchored by a 4-Element stage layout. To streamline navigation and content delivery, the exhibition floor was divided into distinct zones: Earth focused on FoodTech, HealthTech, and Sustainability; Aqua highlighted Cloud, Web3, and AI infrastructure; Air showcased disruptive innovations; and Fire served as the high-energy hub for FinTech and startup pitch competitions.
Solutions:Complementing this spatial setup, interactive gaming technology was embedded throughout the floor to let attendees engage directly with AI concepts through hands-on gamification rather than passive observation. Every touchpoint of the attendee journey was meticulously managed. From high-fidelity audio-visual setups for 300+ global speakers to flawless transport logistics for international exhibitors. By creating an immersive environment where high-impact business growth and digital transformation occurred naturally through collective intelligence, Pico delivered a seamless, world-class experience for attendees, speakers, and stakeholders alike.
